Job Title：Sales Manager (Full-time or Part-time)
Location：Beijing
Description:
The Sales Manager is responsible for all aspects of sales and marketing for the Company, which includes establishing plans, setting direction, and training/coaching project or territory managers. The incumbent must balance meeting and office time required to effectively mentor and develop strong territory managers. Overall, the Sales Manager is to produce maximum profits from a marketing area, focusing on net cash flow and profits for accounts, as well as increased number of new accounts enrolled in programs.

He develops the Company marketing strategy in detail in collaboration with the technical manager. He estimates the demand for products and services offered by the Company and its competitors. He identifies potential markets and pricing strategy to help the Company maximize profits and market share while ensuring that the Company’s customers are satisfied. He monitors trends that indicate the need for new products and services and inform technical manager. He directs the Company’s sales program. He maintains contact with clients. He analyzes sales statistics to determine sales potential and resource requirements and to monitor clients’ preferences.

Qualifications:
-Bachelor degree, or above;
-4 years of commissioned based sales;
-Maintain positive attitude and focused;
-Develop relationships (trust) with potential clients;
-Persuasive;
-Instinctive closing ability;
-Follow through;
-Good understanding of Company’s services and the industries the Company serves;
-Knowledge of potential Clients’ organization;
-Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills;
-Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills desirable;
-Must be able to identify and develop strong territory managers;
-Ability to identify and manage exceptions.

Job Title：Structure Analyst
Location：Beijing
Qualifications:
-Major: Ocean and structure engineering;
-Engineering Master, or above;
-More than 2 years related working experience;
-Excellent command of English and mandarin;
-Self-motivated and well-organized;
-Strong communication and project management skills.

Desired Experience:
-Familiar with general structure calculation and analysis programs;
-Familiar with criteria on ocean and structure calculation;

Job Title：Risk Analyst (Chemical Engg.)
Location：Beijing
Qualifications:
-Master degree, or above;
-Major in Chemical Engineering or Safety Engineering;
-More than 1 year related work experience;
-Excellent command of English in both writing and conversation;
-Familiar with technical English in the area of Chemical Engineering;
-Self-motivated and well-organized;
-Good communication skill and team-work spirit.

Candidates with following skills are preferred:
-Familiar with Quantitative Risk Assessment technologies;
-Familiar with HAZOP, What-if and other risk analysis methods.

●

Job Title：Senior Consultant
Location：Beijing
Qualifications:
-Engineering Master, or above;
-12 years experiences or more of safety assessment and risk analysis in oil &
gas, natural hazards, insurance and so on;
-Excellent command of English and mandarin;
-Self-motivated and well-organized;
-Strong communication and project management skills.

Desired Experience:
-Hands-on experience of relevant software in risk analysis and risk
assessment;
-Familiar with relevant legislation of industries such as, oil & gas (either
upstream or downstream), building, chemical, utility, shipbuilding, insurance
and so on;
-Experienced with COMAH、HSE、HAZOP、IPPC、QRA、RBI、FEA.

Job Title：Consultant
Location：Beijing
Qualifications:
-Engineering Master, or above;
-7 years experiences or more of safety assessment and risk analysis in oil &
gas, natural hazards, insurance and so on;
-Good command of English and mandarin;
-Self-motivated and well-organized;
-Strong communication and team work skills;
-A willingness to travel within China and overseas.

Job Title：Engineer
Location：Beijing
Qualifications:
-Engineering Bachelor, or above;
-3 years experiences or more of safety assessment and risk analysis in oil gas,
natural hazards, insurance and so on;
-Good command of English and mandarin;
-Self-motivated and well-organized;
-Strong communication and team work skills.
-A willingness to travel within China and overseas.
